If you already have a handicap established with a club authorized by the USGA, please enter your existing GHIN number. We will use it to update your scores with rounds played in HAGA events. GHIN requires that each player have only one GHIN number. Otherwise, enter your average score.

Terms and Conditions

By clicking the Accept button, I understand that I am applying for membership in the Houston Amateur Golf Association and my annual dues of $100 are payable before participating in my first tournament. I understand that my membership will expire on December 31 and may be renewed for the next calendar year. Membership dues are $50 after September 1st. Members joining for the first time can pay the $100 dues after November 1 and play the rest of the current year and the next year.

I understand that the HAGA is an amateur golf organization which conducts all its tournaments in accordance with USGA "Rules of Golf" and any local rules as set forth by the HAGA. I understand that the HAGA is for amateur male golfers 18 years of age or older and not associated with any college teams. I also understand that the HAGA limits course handicaps for tournament play to 24 strokes even though the player’s USGA handicap may be higher.

Application acceptance is subject to approval by the HAGA Board of Directors. This occurs after playing your first five rounds with us of which three must be tournaments.
